Dave Vaczek is a senior editor at Pharmaceutical & Medical Packaging News which he joined in 2005. Previously he wrote for business-to-business publications with a focus on healthcare and retail pharmacy practice, including Drug Store News, Pharmacy Times, and as the editor of Supermarket Pharmacy. Additionally, as a contributing editor to various journals and as an editor at Promo magazine, he has written extensively on brand marketing topics. He began his journalism career in daily newspapers as a general assignment and business reporter.

Richard Bahr, President and Chief Executive Officer, MGS Machine
Richard Bahr is President and CEO of MGS Machine Corporation, a leader in the design and manufacture of automated packaging machinery primarily for pharmaceutical and personal care firms.

Richard has been President of MGS Machine since 1996, has been a contributing editor to Pharmaceutical and Medical Packaging Magazine, a sought after panelist for industry events and currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Packaging Machinery Manufacturer's Institute.
