Soon to be released is the latest version of GRI's Integrity Series recirculation pumps, the INTG2. With this release comes the ability of using multiple DC voltage supplies ranging from 9-27v. Also available with the INTG2 is a speed control option. This option gives OEMs the flexibility to change the pump's speed in order to meet their system's specific pressure and flow requirements. Equipped with a brushless DC motor, the magnetic drive INTG2 integrates the pump's components into a compact, lightweight design, eliminating motor bearings and leaving the impeller assembly as the only moving part, thus promoting longer life.

MICROMO is pleased to present the 3863 CR DC Micro Motor from FAULHABER. The 3863-CR has ZHN48 magnet material for benchmark torque performance of 150 mNm at 8,000 RPM. The new DC Motor is available in 12, 18, 24, 36, 48 volts and can be equipped with a three channel encoder (also available in a Linedriver design) as well as combined with a wide range of precision gearheads. The FAULHABER Speed Controller SC5008 and the Motion Controller MCDC 3006 can be used to control the micro motor's speed or to manage it when deployed as a positioning drive.

The LPL2 pump features a revolutionary port head design that allows tubing connections and manifold mounting. This enables the designer to test the fluidic system using connections to soft 1/16" tubing, and then once the system design has been finalized, the same pump can be manifold mounted using standard O-rings.

The pump also features a contoured end cap which provides secondary connector retention and is compatible with standard AMP connectors.
