Javits Convention Center.

How to win: Attendee must submit an entry for the promotion between 10:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 7, 2011 and Wednesday, June 8, 2011, and between 10:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 9, 2011. Winners will be determined by a random selection, and their names will subsequently be posted in the Giveaway Booth by the Sponsor's staff. To claim their award, winners must present a valid government-issued photo I.D. and a business card displaying the name and affiliation which corresponds to the information on their badge. They must do so in person by the time of the last drawing at 2:30 p.m. on June 9, 2011. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the award.

Who is eligible: All registered attendees of Medical Design & Manufacturing (MD&M) East, Atlantic Design & Manufacturing, ATX East, EastPack, PLASTEC East, and Green Manufacturing Expo who belong to one of the following attendee categories: Expo Visitor, Expo Guest, Conference Attendee, VIP, and who are present on the resource hall floor between 10:00 a.m. on June 7, 2011 and 2:30 p.m. on June 9, 2011 are eligible to submit an entry. Each day is a new group of entries, so eligible attendees are allowed a separate entry each day. Attendees must carry a color-coded sponsor-issued badge that identifies them as belonging to at least one of the aforementioned attendee categories, and the badge must be in the name of the badge holder. The attendee must be able to provide a valid government-issued photo I.D. and a business card displaying the name and affiliation corresponding to the information on the badge. Failure to provide the required identification will render an attendee ineligible to submit an entry or win an award. Exhibiting companies and their staff are not eligible to win. Attendees must be 18 (eighteen) years or older at the time of promotion.

Prizes: An Amazon Kindle 3G or similar electronic reading device at an approximate market value (AMV) of $200.00 [two hundred dollars] and an Apple iPad or similar electronic tablet at an approximate value (AMV) of $600.00 [six hundred dollars.] No substitutions or cash redemptions are permitted. Prizes are awarded "as is." The Winners are responsible for the reporting and payment of all taxes (if any) as well as any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of a prize. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability: In no event will the sponsor be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, or any harm resulting from the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize awarded in connection with the Giveaway.
