Abstract:
Packaging molders face many challenges -- regulatory, environmental, costing - beyond those directly from their customers. These challenges will be addressed through discussion on novel molding machinery solutions including: how high performance all electric machines can help to reduce operating cost, carbon footprint and resources yet require a lower initial investment than a conventional hydraulic packaging machine. Examples of high performance molding cells currently running in the packaging field will be provided.
Intended audience: Packaging industry injection moulders, general plastics injection moulders
