Karen Leacock-Bingham joined GFTC in 2007 in the Food Safety and Consulting Services business unit as Project Manager. Karen designs, implements, validates and troubleshoots food safety and quality systems including standards such as BRC, SQF, PACSecure, GMP's and HACCP for food packaging converters/manufacturers. Karen develops and delivers public and customized, on-site training in food safety and quality systems for food packaging. Prior to joining GFTC, Karen spent over 14 years in the flexible packaging for the food and beverage industry. Karen holds a B.Sc. (Chemistry) from York University along with a diploma in Laboratory Science from Ryerson Polytechnical University Certifications. |
