UBM Canon Gift Card Giveaway Official Rules & Regulations

One $250 gift card will be given away every hour on the half hour beginning at 10:30 a.m. and ending at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 14 and Wednesday, February 15, 2012. One $250 gift card will be given away every hour on the half hour beginning at 10:30 a.m. and ending at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, February 16, 2012.

One $500 gift card will be given away at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday, February 14 and 15, 2012. One $500 gift card will be given away at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, February 16, 2012.

The drawings will be held in the UBM Canon Booth 258 located in Hall E, in the Anaheim Convention Center, Anaheim, CA.

How to win: Attendee must submit an entry for the promotion between 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 14, 2012 and 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, February 16, 2012. Winners will be determined by a random selection, and their names will subsequently be posted in the Giveaway Booth by the Sponsor's staff. To claim their award, winners must present a valid government-issued photo I.D. and a business card displaying the name and affiliation which corresponds to the information on their badge. They must do so in person by the time of the last drawing at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, February 16, 2012. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the award.

Who is eligible: All registered attendees of MDM West, WestPack, Pacific Design & Manufacturing, ATX West, Electronics West, PLASTEC West, SensorTec, AeroCon, and Sustainability in Manufacturing who belong to one of the following attendee categories: Expo Visitor, Expo Guest, Conference Attendee, VIP, and who are present on the resource hall floor between 10:00 a.m. on February 14, 2012 and 3:30 p.m. on February 16, 2012 are eligible to submit an entry. Each day is a new group of entries, so eligible attendees are allowed a separate entry each day. Attendees must carry a color-coded, UBM Canon-issued badge that identifies them as belonging to at least one of the aforementioned attendee categories, and the badge must be in the name of the badge holder. The attendee must be able to provide a valid government-issued photo I.D. and a business card displaying the name and affiliation corresponding to the information on the badge. Failure to provide the required identification will render an attendee ineligible to submit an entry or win an award. Exhibiting companies and their staff are not eligible to win. Attendees must be 18 (eighteen) years or older at the time of promotion.

Prizes: Prizes include a $250 gift card at an approximate market value (AMV) of $250.00 [two hundred fifty dollars] and a $500 gift card at an approximate market value (AMV) of $500.00 [five hundred dollars]. No substitutions or cash redemptions are permitted. Prizes are awarded "as is." The Winners are responsible for the reporting and payment of all taxes (if any) as well as any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of a prize. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability: In no event will the sponsor be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, or any harm resulting from the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize awarded in connection with the Giveaway.
