DeWatering Super Sack® container -
The DeWatering Super Sack container facilitates filtration of a fluid mixture allowing the solid materials to be retained as the liquid drains. Made with special porous ­polypropylene fabric with warp and weft tensile strengths greater than those of conventional 8 oz. polypropylene, the DeWatering Super Sack container is a tough container with a wide variety of uses. Applications include cake filtering, dewatering sludge, clarifying water or other liquids, biotreatment projects, product washing, product collecting, and more.

Brenton introduces its new BrentonPro Mach-2 servo indexing case packer. This latest technological advancement reduces carbon footprint by reducing energy usage and number of components with direct coupling servo drives to end effectors. The Mach-2 occupies smaller floor space on the packaging line compared to other indexing motion case packers. The BrentonPro Series Mach-2 case packer is all-servo driven, side load case packer utilizing indexing motion to load up to 25 cases per minute and accommodates multiple cases types and products. The walk in design allows easy access into the machine for cleaning and maintenance and eliminates the need to lean over a frame to work inside the machine.

The BantamPro ELSP integrates previously separate machine functions for a compact, all-in-one and low cost packaging solution. The ELSP combination system accommodates RSC cases and automatically performs multiple packaging operations within its compact footprint, including case erecting, loading, sealing and palletizing. Additional equipment integration, such as a labeler, semi-automatic pallet magazine and stretch wrapper, is available. The BantamPro ELSP occupies similar floor space on the packaging line as manual operations and less floor space compared to disparate supplier pieces of equipment integrated in the customer's facility.
