Compact MicroForm™ Gages designed around an ultra-precision air bearing with micro-inch (nanometer) accuracy, ensuring precise, repeatable measurements and maintenance-free operation. All potential thermal and vibration sources have been isolated from the part being measured. State-of-the-art electronics provide nearly instantaneous results and "field programmable" flexibility for system updates. MicroForm™ software simplifies operation for shop floor use, yet offers analysis capabilities for quality control labs. Intuitive navigation and touch-screen color monitor easily triggers measurements for runout (TIR), roundness, flatness, parallelism, squareness, concentricity and optical wedge (ETV). Ethernet connectivity quickly saves results to networked drives for statistical process control (SPC) and document traceability.

Accurate Technology

Booth 838

Accurate Technology manufactures ProTable, a dimensional quality control measuring system. ProTable is a battery operated system designed for use on the manufacturing floor. Steel jaws and a digital readout allow linear measurements to be made quickly and accurately. Measurements are displayed with a resolution of .001in., 01mm, or .001cm. Steel bearings, temperature and non-linear error compensation maintain an overall system accuracy of .003in. over the entire measuring range. Standard models are available to measure 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, and 16 feet. Custom designs for unique measuring applications are available as well.
