The Indi-Check is a dial, test, and digital indicator calibration system capable of measuring the accuracy and functional ability of dial, digital and test indicators, bore gages and electronic amplifiers. It can test these devices for linearity, hysteresis, repeatability and range. Further, it is capable of verifying the performance of test indicators in both directions without removing the device under test. It has a digital display that can zero at any point in its range. The CT 350T is a non-contact double-sided optical profilometer with a 300 mm x-/y- scanning stage with dual sensors. Both sensors are aligned axially in order to ensure accurate differential thickness measurements and collect height data synchronized with x-, y- encoder signals. The software generates 2D profiles and 3D maps simultaneously from the top and the bottom surface and calculates the corresponding total thickness profile or map.
