Exhibitors Demonstrating Equipment

Eastern Instruments

Booth 820

The CentriFeeder™ is actually both a controlled feed device and a mass flow measurement device in a single multi-functioning unit. Designed to accurately measure and control the flow of any dry, free‐flowing solid, the CentriFeeder™ utilizes an integrated Servo to establish a PID control loop to control the ICV feeding our patented CentriFlow® Meter. Utilized for the accurate mixing, blending, batching, coating or ratio-control of a variety of products, the CentriFeeder™ produces an accurate, easily maintained, consistent flow that can, under some conditions, be controlled over a 100:1 range in almost any industry.

Electro-Sensors Inc.

FM-approved temperature sensors now include a built-in conduit adapter and grease-fitting (zerk) tap. TT420-LT (Liquid Tight) temperature sensors combine a sensor, signal conditioner and loop-powered 4-20mA transmitter into a rugged and compact package. With the addition of an integrated conduit fitting, the 1/2-in. TT420Z-LT and TT420S-LT models are now compatible with a wider variety of sensing applications. Plus, all models arrive ready to use, with no user calibration required. Applications: Electro-Sensors' TT420-LT models can be used to monitor temperature on a wide range of industrial machinery, including:
Conveyors, Bucket Elevators, Motors, Gearboxes, Pumps, Turbines, Fans, Curing ovens, Centrifuges, Agitators, & Hammermills.

K.I.S.S. Automation

Booth 851

Smallest laser in the World by Automator. Light and powerful, is available in portable, online and bench version. Allowing you to mark directly on parts that are too large to move into a class 1 enclosure. It also works with a 24 VDC alimentation.

K.i.S.S. Automation presents the ADP5090 Dot Peen marking unit by MarkFirst. The controller centre’s around the 7” touch screen user interface allowing you to navigate easily with just the touch of a pen or finger. The controller offers a wide variety of connect-ability all located on the rear of the controller and an additional USB interface conveniently located on the controller face for easy pattern backup and program updates. The small size and ergonomic angle allow for easy mounting and viewing. An optional panel mount version is available for ease of integration. The Controller is truly universal with the capability of operating many other manufacturers’ dot peen marking heads.

Kemutec

Booth 657

Kek Centrifugal Sifter From Kemutec
The Kek Centrifugal Sifter is the class leader for high speed and efficient processing of powders, granules and slurries. Featuring a fully cantilever shaft, the unit benefits from easy access and rapid screen changes, in most cases under 30 seconds. This design facilitates easy cleaning and provides the highest standards in hygiene. It also features virtually tool free maintenance resulting in maximum output and uptime. It is available for gravity and full inline pneumatic conveying applications with output ranges from a few pounds per hour to over 100,000 lbs/hr. Visit us at Booth # 657.

Magnetic Products Inc.

Booth 621

MPI's Drawer Magnets and Housing (DMU), available in self clean and quick clean models, remove small- to medium-sized ferrous contaminant from dry powder or granular free-flowing product steams in gravity-fed vertical chutes. MPI’s DMU series magnets protect processing equipment while ensuring high product quality and low maintenance. As well as Boasting a variety of unique features, MPI's quick-clean Drawer Magnet and Housing can be cleaned in less than ten seconds.

Magnetic Products Inc.

Booth 621

MPI's Bulk Bin Vibratory Feeder handles feeding applications up to eight (8) tons per hour. Engineered for the rugged plant environment, MPI feeders boast durable, easy-to-clean, stainless steel construction to ensure compliance with tight sanitary regulations specified by the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Pneumatic drive systems eliminate the hazards of sparks or heat, and run efficiently and quietly (65 dBA). MPI's pneumatic feeder can be set to deliver a constant feed rate or an exact amount for batch processes.

Magnetic Products Inc.

Booth 621

MPI will display its new line of Cassel Metal Detectors. Cassel’s exclusive integrated Four-Quadrant technology ensures extreme reliability and allows equipment to readily adjust settings to find metals in even the most "difficult" products such as cheese or high-salt-content foods. To ensure maximum performance, users are taken through a series of easy-to-follow, step-by-step, high-graphic screens to set standards for product testing. By finding even the smallest particles of ferrous, nonferrous and stainless steel contaminants, Cassel Metal Detectors assist food processors to meet HAACP, IFS, BRC and GMP safety standards.

Pneuveyor Systems International Ltd.

Booth 653

Established in 1959, Pneuveyor specializes in the manufacturing of completely automated dilute phase pressure and vacuum bulk handling systems. These include storage, blending, portable and stationary pneumatic transfer equipment - also truck and railcar loading and unloading. Fully automated, custom designed, PLC controls with recipe formulation and inventory, on a turnkey basis. Systems designed globally for the Food, Plastic, Chemicals, Minerals, BioMass and Pharmaceutical industries.

VEGA Americas

Booth 837

Microwave Barrier Level Switching with the VEGAMIP

Reliable level switching in abrasive applications has historically been difficult in the bulk solids industry. Traditional measurement techniques such as paddle wheels, floats, and capacitive sensors can prove to be maintenance-intensive with moving parts and constant recalibration. VEGA is excited to offer a non-contact microwave level switch, the VEGAMIP. The VEGAMIP is ideally suited for applications with abrasive materials and provides better long-term stability and maintenance-free performance than traditional contact level switches. With easy calibration, and a wide range of sensitivity adjustment, the VEGAMIP is an ideal solution for your most difficult applications.
