The CentriFeeder™ is actually both a controlled feed device and a mass flow measurement device in a single multi-functioning unit. Designed to accurately measure and control the flow of any dry, free‐flowing solid, the CentriFeeder™ utilizes an integrated Servo to establish a PID control loop to control the ICV feeding our patented CentriFlow® Meter. Utilized for the accurate mixing, blending, batching, coating or ratio-control of a variety of products, the CentriFeeder™ produces an accurate, easily maintained, consistent flow that can, under some conditions, be controlled over a 100:1 range in almost any industry.

FM-approved temperature sensors now include a built-in conduit adapter and grease-fitting (zerk) tap. TT420-LT (Liquid Tight) temperature sensors combine a sensor, signal conditioner and loop-powered 4-20mA transmitter into a rugged and compact package. With the addition of an integrated conduit fitting, the 1/2-in. TT420Z-LT and TT420S-LT models are now compatible with a wider variety of sensing applications. Plus, all models arrive ready to use, with no user calibration required. Applications: Electro-Sensors' TT420-LT models can be used to monitor temperature on a wide range of industrial machinery, including:
Conveyors, Bucket Elevators, Motors, Gearboxes, Pumps, Turbines, Fans, Curing ovens, Centrifuges, Agitators, & Hammermills.

MPI's Bulk Bin Vibratory Feeder handles feeding applications up to eight (8) tons per hour. Engineered for the rugged plant environment, MPI feeders boast durable, easy-to-clean, stainless steel construction to ensure compliance with tight sanitary regulations specified by the food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries. Pneumatic drive systems eliminate the hazards of sparks or heat, and run efficiently and quietly (65 dBA). MPI's pneumatic feeder can be set to deliver a constant feed rate or an exact amount for batch processes.

MPI will display its new line of Cassel Metal Detectors. Cassels exclusive integrated Four-Quadrant technology ensures extreme reliability and allows equipment to readily adjust settings to find metals in even the most "difficult" products such as cheese or high-salt-content foods. To ensure maximum performance, users are taken through a series of easy-to-follow, step-by-step, high-graphic screens to set standards for product testing. By finding even the smallest particles of ferrous, nonferrous and stainless steel contaminants, Cassel Metal Detectors assist food processors to meet HAACP, IFS, BRC and GMP safety standards.

Microwave Barrier Level Switching with the VEGAMIP
Reliable level switching in abrasive applications has historically been difficult in the bulk solids industry. Traditional measurement techniques such as paddle wheels, floats, and capacitive sensors can prove to be maintenance-intensive with moving parts and constant recalibration. VEGA is excited to offer a non-contact microwave level switch, the VEGAMIP. The VEGAMIP is ideally suited for applications with abrasive materials and provides better long-term stability and maintenance-free performance than traditional contact level switches. With easy calibration, and a wide range of sensitivity adjustment, the VEGAMIP is an ideal solution for your most difficult applications.
