Conceived, designed and built as a complete integrated system with the hot runner system. The system is adjustable both thermally and mechanically. Cavity to cavity accuracy of less than 5 microns. The main features are: service the mold easily, unique cavity construction using PMT technology from PlaselMold of Israel, and huge spiral cooling capacity. Four major cavity clusters can be adjusted in the X and Y axis for precise centering of part wall thickness. Available in standard mold configurations.
