Conceived, designed and built as a complete integrated system with the hot runner system. The system is adjustable both thermally and mechanically. Cavity to cavity accuracy of less than 5 microns. The main features are: service the mold easily, unique cavity construction using PMT technology from PlaselMold of Israel, and huge spiral cooling capacity. Four major cavity clusters can be adjusted in the X and Y axis for precise centering of part wall thickness. Available in standard mold configurations.

Capable of depositing coatings with fifty-second cycles, our systems produce superior finished parts in high volumes with very little waste. VTI also offers low temperature Cat Arc½ hard-coating equipment which produces wear-resistant ceramic coatings for molds, tooling, etc.
