B100 is a heavy-duty single-color tabletop pad printer for Apparel Tag printing directly onto t-shirts, underwear, uniforms - producing softhand, crisp and wash-resistant images on cotton, nylon, fleece, ribbed textiles. The advantages over heat transfer and sewn-in labeling include dramatic cost savings and branding flexibility. The B100 is also perfectly suited for printing plastic parts up to 4.25" high. It has pad compression capability of 120 lbs at 80 PSI and incorporates the patented VersaCup inkcup assembly with two-sided ceramic ring and tool-less setup to support rapid job changeover. The variable inking and print frequency controls allow regulating print opacity.
