This particular piece is an excellent example of Kenson's ability to create intricate, high spec production parts in a process that allows design flexibility and low volume runs. Pressure formed external enclosure, molded using a "matched molding" technique in order to achieve large depth of draw (14") and highly defined features. Tooling was constructed with an acid etched finish to go with a custom colored UL 94VO rated material. All seconday features are achieved via a 6-axis robotic router in order to produce a high end enclosure in relative low volumes.
