Q. I registered online and received a confirmation email. What do I do now?
A. Admission tickets will be mailed in advance if you register by 23 September. If you register after 23 September, please bring a copy of the e-mail when you come to the exhibition. You can collect your visitor badge from the Pre-registered visitor registration counter at the venue by showing a copy of this e-mail.
Q. What if I do not pre-register for visitor admission to the exhibition?
A. Then you must register on-site and you will have to queue.
Q. What if I do not pre-register for the conference?
A. you will have to pay the higher on-site conference rates, and the session you are interested in might sell out .
Q. How do I replace a conference delegate with someone else?
A. Once booked cancellation of delegate places cannot be made, however a substitution can be made at any time. Please email details of the substitute delegate to conferences-india@ubm.com at the earliest opportunity.
Q. How do I get a detailed list of exhibitors for the exhibition?
A. We suggest you bookmark our show website address www.medtecindia.com and return to it often during the weeks leading up to the show. The information on the website is constantly updated and reflects new exhibiting companies that have joined the show. You may look them up alphabetically or by name of the company. Or, you may contact us by email at info.india@ubm.com if you have any questions about how to exhibit or which companies are exhibiting.
Q. How do I get on the mailing list for next year's exhibition?
A. If you attend this year's show, you will be on our mailing list and you will receive materials regarding next year's show when they become available. If you would like to be added to the mailing list for another one of our shows, please visit our website at www.canontradeshows.com, click on the specific event(s) you are interested in, and complete the enquiry form for that show. We will add your name to that show's mailing list.
Q. Can I bring my child to the exhibition? How about a well-trained pet?
A. For safety, insurance and security reasons, no one under the age of 16 is permitted in the exhibition halls or conference meeting rooms at our show. There are no childcare services available on-site. Only utility animals for the physically challenged are permitted. Please contact us at +91 22 6612 2600 if you are handicapped and require special assistance in order to attend our event.
Q. Can you recommend a hotel?

Q. Will free food and beverages be available at the show?
A. FREE food and beverages will not be available at the show. You may purchase refreshments and luncheon items in the hotel. (Coffee breaks are included for conference registrants only). Please refer to the conference page of this website for information on what is included with your conference registration.
Q. Where can I get a detailed list of the exhibition attendees?
A. We don't supply attendee lists.
