Airfloat designs and builds material handling and manufacturing solutions for a range of heavy industries. At Aerocon 2012, the company will unveil an automated assembly transporter for aerospace manufacturers. The bus-size transporter uses air-film technology to "float" aircraft weighing up to 12,000 lbs. on a thin film of compressed air. Built-in line-following robots automatically move the transporter from workstation to workstation, or it can be wirelessly steered by an operator via an RF controller. Additionally, deployable wheels allow the Airfloat transporter to be towed, while loaded, on rough surfaces or outdoors.

New this year, Model #191 is a flanged AND side seal option in one valve designed to be inserted into a 5/8" device. The external o-ring keeps the valve in place, while providing an extra barrier against leaks. Popular as a pressure relief valve, it is capable of producing five times more flow than our other side seal options.
Model #191 is available in a variety of plastic body materials, o-rings, and opening spring pressure ranges from 0.11 to 8PSI.
