SPiiPlus Soft Controller - Turn your standard PC into the world's most powerful multi-axis machine controller! The EtherCAT based control solution enables a standard PC to run a 64 axis real-time motion controller and high speed PLC without adding any hardware. The SPiiPlusSC software package automatically installs the necessary real-time operating system, and converts a standard Ethernet port into the EtherCAT communication channel, from which all machine drives and I/O are managed. The SPiiPlusSC communicates to the host application via direct memory access, providing the best throughput possible for demanding motion applications.

The LS7 Series is the latest addition to PATLITEs family of Signal Towers with a streamlined profile and a clear, dome-top cover. Totally integrated Linear motor design.
The P3 is a robust, linear motor stage designed for the automation, packaging, paper converting and semiconductor industries. The design has a unique thermal handling capability as the linear motor coil is integrated into the top assembly plate. This allows optimized thermal conductivity for more robust operation in extreme environments under high duty cycles. The Integrated linear motor design provides high stiffness/low cogging resulting in extremely smooth constant velocity motion even at low speeds. With speeds up to 5 m/s and high acceleration capacity, the "P3" design provides the performance that industry has been demanding.
Tactical Controls will be presenting its Quality Assurance and Line Configuration System (Q.A.L.C.). The system is being used by companies to eliminate the possibility of mislabeled products reaching consumers. It utilizes a centralized database to extract product data to configure any Barcode Readers, Printers and Vision Systems on labeling lines and eliminates the risk of operator error. While the lines are in operation this system processes Barcodes in Real Time, up to 3000 units/Min, while calculating statistical information for each line. Wrong barcodes read are time stamped and logged to a Historical Database.
