Hoppe Technologies award winning Integrated Verification Department (IVD). IVD is a closed loop system in which parts are being inspected in real time by a machine tool. Parts are flushed with high pressure coolant then a high speed fan cleans the parts. Highly accurate CMM tools measure the parts and record the data. STEP 1: Machine tool inspects parts - using multiple probes as applicable. STEP 2 :PCDMIS CNC server creates inspection reports from raw inspection data. STEP 3: Custom software developed at Hoppe Technologies sends inspection report to load station display while simultaneously storing a copy on the company network.
