SOUTHERN EVENTS ROTATE BACK TO CHARLOTTE, NC IN 2012

UBM Canon's Southern event rotates in 2012 back to Charlotte, NC, the heart of the South's most vibrant manufacturing market. The Carolinas are home to more than 15,000 manufacturing establishments employing nearly one million people. This region annually produces $240 billion in manufacturing output requiring the annual purchase of $108 billion in materials and $7.3 billion in capital equipment. The 2013 event will return to Orlando, FL.
Top industry sectors in attendance include: automotive and transportation, medical/pharmaceutical, machinery and industrial equipment, food and beverage, consumer products, aerospace and aviation, electronics, IT and instrumentation, and more.
The Charlotte 2012 event features SouthPack, Design & Manufacturing South, ATX South, and Green Manufacturing Expo South. In addition, the 2012 shows will be joined by the new AeroCon® event, Contract Manufacturing Expo, and Electronics South.
