Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What is a webinar?
A webinar is an interactive seminar conducted over the Internet. Participants will hear the presenter through a telephone conference call while viewing the visual presentation through a web-based interface. Due to the large audience, attendees are placed on mute, but have the ability to submit questions via text.

For your convenience, a recording of the webinar will be accessible 24/7. Simply visit https://www.eventbuilder.com/advanced-mfgwebinars, click on On-Demand events located on the left panel, and scroll to find the event you want to view. Recordings are usually available 24 hours after the live event has concluded.

Recordings are saved in WMV format (Windows Media Video)

I’d like to view a pre-recorded event. What are the system requirements for playing WMV files?
In order to view a pre-recorded event, your computer must have the ability to play WMV files. Most PCs are pre-installed with Windows Media Player (WMP).

For those with a Macintosh computer, you can have access to WMV files simply by downloading Windows Media Player from the following site: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/player/mac/default.aspx. Once WMP is downloaded, just follow the prompts and install it. Then launch the software to easily view and listen to WMV files.
