DYMAX Corporation has introduced the BlueWave® LED DX-1000, a unique and flexible 385 nm LED curing system that can be configured to operate as either a small-area flood or spot-cure system. The unit offers consistent LED frequency and intensity output for better process control, longer life than mercury-arc lamps, cooler curing temperatures for thermally-sensitive substrates, and is co-optimized to work with a wide variety of DYMAX formulations.
